In 1971, he left the firm and became a professor of bow making at the Ecole de lutherie in Mirecourt. This stunning cello bow is in excellent condition with wonderful ivory and sterling silver mountings. The octagonal stick is very strong and the bow draws a rich, penetrating tone.
