Description: This beautiful bow made in the Marc Laberte workshop in Mirecourt, France circa 1930. The round stick is branded MARK LABERTE and is made of dark, red-brown pernambuco. The frog is ebony with gold mountings and inlaid parisian eyes. The button is ebony with two gold rings and an inlaid pearl eye. The frog and button were made at a later date, and are not original to the bow.
This is a rare and interesting Peccatte model. Certified by Isaac Salchow of NY, NY. Weight: 60.0 grams.
