Description: (1905 – 1996) Genuzio apprenticed with his uncle, Carlo Carletti, from a young age. He appears to have fallen out with his uncle and cousins in his early 20s and from 1936 worked independently as a violin maker.
This violin has been played on professionally by a member of the LA Philharmonic for the past 3 decades. The violin is in excellent condition and has a strong, clear tone. Back Length: 35.6 cm.
Certified by William Moennig & Sons, 1977 and Kenneth Warren & Son, 1983.
