Description: George Wulme Hudson was born in in 1882 and became one of England’s most versatile and talented makers. Though his violin making career began late, Hudson became a quite prolific maker and produced over 800 instruments in his time. Hudson became known as one of the world’s finest copyists of the great Italian makers, Stradivari, Bergonzi, and Guarneri. A very sweet and colorful tone produced from this violin. Back length: 35.4 cm.
