Cellist Gregory Bemko
Cellist Gregory Bemko studied under Felix Salmond as a fellowship holder at the Juilliard Graduate School. He also held scholarships with Joseph Schuster, Maurice Eisenbert and finally studied with Pablo Casals.
Became the principal cellist with the Denver Symphony and instructor at Denver University. After resigning, he became cello instructor at Occidental college in Los Angeles. Was principal cellist in the San Diego Symphony.
